It is best for you to attend the Optician who originally fitted your lenses for aftercare and replacement contact lenses. They will have a full history of your eyes prior to wearing lenses and a record of your current contact lenses and any problems you may have experienced.
However if you wish to transfer to us, then we would initially need to see you for a full eye examination and contact lens aftercare (click here for charges and information).
We would be grateful if you can inform us of the name of your previous Optician and the address at which they will have you registered. We will contact them to obtain your contact lens details prior to your appointment with us.
Rigid Gas Permeable wearers
If you need new contact lenses we would recommend high oxygen permeable lenses and these are supplied at our Full Rate. Subsequent duplicate lenses for replacement, or as spares, are charged at our Reduced Rate. Occasionally a full refit may be required for which our normal charges apply
Soft Contact lens wearers
We generally prefer to refit existing durable soft contact lens wearers with disposable soft. However if this is not possible then a similar procedure, as above for rigid gas permeable lens wearers, applies. |
