Because everyone's eyesight is different, we tailor the eye examination to your individual circumstances. This may include the following elements and other tests where appropriate, based on the Optometrist's professional evaluation of your visual requirements. Click on the heading to find out more.

Following your eye examination we will give you an explanation of your vision and ocular health and a copy of your spectacle prescription if required. We will recommend when your next eye examination should be - in most cases this is every two years.
Details are entered on our computer database and a reminder letter will be sent when your next examinition is due.
If you have a problem you may be referred to your doctor or the Hosptial for further investigation. The Optometrist will be happy to answer any question you may have about your eyes and the examination.
