Full Time – 37.5 hours a week (working over a five-day week including Saturday)
£10.50 an hour, package includes staff perks, a company pension and career progression
Coleman Opticians are an award-winning independent optician who pride themselves in great customer service with both optometry and audiology.
The role will include:
- Booking appointments
- Dealing with collections as well as measurements and adjustments of frames
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting in a smooth customer journey and help with pre-testing
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
In house training will be provided and on hand help with all elements of the job. Do not worry if you don’t have experience in the optometrist environment, but it would help if you have had retail or customer service experience.
