With a second lockdown just a few days away, we are very much aware that our patients rely on us for their ongoing eye care and this email is to reassure you that, as always, we will be here to take care of you through this very difficult time.
We are currently awaiting official clarification but the best guidance available at the moment suggests that as a key service, opticians will be able to continue working normally in the coming months. We are therefore continuing to take all appointment bookings and of course following the same Covid protection protocols that have been in place for many months.
Whatever happens, the practice will remain staffed every day and we are available by phone (01603 624564) or email. If you do wish to cancel or reschedule any existing appointment then we fully understand and will be happy to arrange this.
Eye and hearing care products can be ordered through our website. A range of sunglasses are also available. Please do get in touch if your item isn’t showing online, and we will do our best to help.
These are worrying times for us all, but we speak for the whole Colemans team when we say that we will be working hard through this period to ensure we provide the best care and service that’s possible within the rules that we must follow.
