Severability and Waiver

Waiver

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. 2. The Prize
The prize is one pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarer Gen 2 Meta AI Glasses, supplied with tinted, non-prescription lenses.
Please note the following:
The glasses are supplied with tinted lenses only and are not prescription glasses. If the winner requires prescription lenses, these can be purchased separately from Coleman Hearing & Vision at an additional cost.
The specific frame colour and lens tint will be subject to stock availability at the time of despatch. We will do our best to accommodate any preference but cannot guarantee a specific variant.
The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should the stated prize become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Who Can Enter
The competition is open to anyone who:
– is aged 18 or over at the time of entry
– is a resident of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland)
– holds a valid personal Facebook or Instagram account
The following people are not eligible to enter:
– employees, directors or officers of Coleman Hearing & Vision
– immediate family members of any employee, director or officer (including spouse, civil partner, parent, child or sibling)
– anyone involved in the administration, judging or fulfilment of the competition
This competition is open to UK residents only. Entries from outside the United Kingdom will be disqualified. This restriction applies because the prize will be posted, and delivery is only available to UK addresses.

4. How to Enter
You can enter via Facebook or Instagram, but not both. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries across platforms will be disqualified.
Important: By entering this competition, you are consenting to your first name and surname initial (for example, Sarah T) being displayed on a publicly filmed prize draw wheel. The draw will be recorded and posted on the Coleman Hearing & Vision Facebook and Instagram pages. If you do not wish your name to appear in this way, please do not enter.

5. Competition Dates
The competition opens on 1st April 2026 at 09:00 and closes at 23:59 (midnight) on Monday 11th May 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Our decision on whether an entry was received in time is final.

6. The Prize Draw
The winner will be selected using a random automated prize draw wheel, operated by or on behalf of Coleman Hearing & Vision during the week commencing 18th May 2026.
The draw will be filmed to ensure full transparency. All valid entrants will be entered into the wheel using their first name and surname initial only (for example, Sarah T).
By entering the competition, you are confirming your consent to your name appearing in this format on the wheel and in the recorded footage.
The filmed draw will be posted publicly on the Coleman Hearing & Vision Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/colemanopticians) and Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/colemanopticians/).
Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Notifying and Announcing the Winner
The winner will be announced publicly via the prize draw video posted on Facebook and Instagram. We will also notify the winner directly by:
– leaving a comment on the competition post on their chosen platform, and/or
– sending a direct message to the social media account used to enter
The winner must respond within seven calendar days of being notified to claim their prize. If we do not receive a valid response within this time, we reserve the right to disqualify that winner and conduct a further draw to select a replacement.
What we will publish:
All entrants should be aware of the following:
– Every entrant’s first name and surname initial will be visible on the prize draw wheel in the filmed video, which will be shared publicly on Facebook and Instagram.
– The winner’s first name, surname initial and the platform they entered on may be published on our Facebook page, Instagram profile and website.
– The prize draw video may remain publicly visible on Facebook and Instagram after the competition has ended.
We will not publish any further personal details, such as a full surname, address or contact information, without the winner’s express permission.

8. Delivery of the Prize
The prize will be posted to the winner’s UK address free of charge. We will cover all standard postage and packaging costs.
The winner must provide a valid UK postal address when claiming their prize. We are unable to deliver outside the United Kingdom.
Once the prize has been despatched, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused during transit. We will use a tracked postal service wherever possible.
We aim to despatch the prize within a reasonable timeframe once the winner has provided their delivery details.

Prize draw: Your first name and surname initial will be displayed on the prize draw wheel. The draw will be filmed and shared publicly on our Facebook and Instagram pages. This is how we conduct the draw fairly and openly. By entering, you are consenting to your name being used in this way. If you do not consent, please do not enter the competition.
Email marketing: By entering this competition, you are also consenting to being added to the Coleman Hearing & Vision email marketing list. We will send you news, special offers and updates from time to time. Our lawful basis

Entrants must comply with the terms and conditions of whichever platform they use to enter. We are not responsible for any action taken by a platform against an entrant’s account.

11. General Rules
– All entries must be genuine and made by the person entering. Entries submitted using bots, scripts or any automated method will be disqualified.
– We reserve the right to verify all entries and disqualify any that do not comply with these terms.
– We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition at any time if circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
– We reserve the right to disqualify anyone we reasonably believe has acted dishonestly, fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
– If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
