‘I visited your Norwich branch today with my two young children and I wanted to pass on a thank you for what a lovely experience it was a what a friendly team of staff we met. Both my children were nervous for their first visit to your branch (although my older daughter has been to previous opticians).
I felt the optometrist was very calm and thorough with their eye examinations and put them both at ease and all the staff members we spoke to were really friendly and didn’t rush my daughter when she was unsure of what glasses to pick. They were helpful at informing her what was and wasn’t suitable and let her have the time to decide on her own when she couldn’t quite choose.
She left your branch very happy and all in all, made the whole thing very pleasant so please pass on my thanks to everyone I always feel it’s important when a nice experience is had that’s its recognised.’
